At Kaiser Acoustics we always made speakers which outperformed bigger speakers. With the Kawero Colibri a new chapter of our story takes place. It is the smallest speaker now in the Kawero line (cabinet completly made from Panzerholz) and it is a giant killer. Having only 4 liter volume but equipped with the best drivers currently available the Kawero Colibri surprises even the advanced audiophile with a big scale performance which was not possible recently. The Kawero Colibri speaker has a very capable 4“ Purifi woofer (custom made) with 28 mm excursion peak to peak delivering a unbelievable realistic bass out of a tiny speaker. Additional Purifi 4“ passive radiators (one on each side – two in total) boost the low end.
A 24 mm ellipticor tweeter adds treble and overtones with a minimum of distortion. The crossover has Duelund parts and we use a special Beryllium-Copper terminal from famous High End company Fono Acustica (Spain).
