Our newest big speaker in the Kawero line, the Kawero® Minal, features state of the art German engineering, state of the art materials and hightech precision manufacturing processes to achieve a listening performance which was previously unattainable in the world of high end speakers. Minimizing structural vibration was taking special care for: We use German made Panzerholz for the cabinet (in a proprietary mix to form an unique sandwich construction). Additionally a special heavy foil is used to apply constraint layer damping. The Kawero Minal front baffle has a 12“ Audiotechnology woofer (ported), 10“ Audiotechnology woofer (closed box), a 6,5“ Audiotechnology
midrange and our first inhouse ribbon tweeter in a FEM designed waveguide. All drivers are custom made. Our new ribbon tweeter has a special designed silver transformer from the famous High End company Ypsilon electronics (Greece).
The crossover is build with the finest Duelund CAST Cu components. It is a flat crosssover design with focus of optimal behavior in the time and frequency domain.

• They have large voice coils and very high magnetic force. Additio-
nally they have a low moving mass to achieve a high efficiency
• The cone material is mineral filled Polypropylen
• The lower woofer is a 12“ version in a special ported enclosure
• The upper woofer is a 10“ in a closed box environment
• The 6,5“ midrange is housed in a closed cabinet with a special
absorbing chamber
